Change making in Fashion

Meet Ashlyn So (14), our lead designer!

Ashlyn So is a Youth Advocates for Change member who is making waves in the fashion community. She has been designing in fashion shows since she was 9 years old. As an anti Asian-American hate activist, Ashlyn allows her designs to inspire change and a message to unite in love.

Ashlyn So is a Youth Advocates for Change member who is making waves in the fashion community. Check out her segment on The Ellen DeGeneres Show "All Good Things" to hear about her 2021 New York Fashion Week collection titled, "Beneath the Surface" inspired by her activism journey.  With the rise in AAPI hate crimes in the US, 13- year old Ashlyn So decided to step up and organized her first rally in San Mateo on February 27th. Since then she continues to spread her message to end all hate crimes through her activism and passion for fashion design.
