To honor Juneteenth, we teamed up with the the National Charter School Conference, Thinking Nation and the National Liberty Museum to host a Black liberation themed art contest for high school and middle school students across the U.S..
Thinking Nation is a nonprofit organization that seeks to cultivate thinking citizens by empowering all students to think historically. Through our inquiry-based curriculum, assessments, and professional development we are working to shift the paradigm of history education in order to better prepare students for both college and career.
The 2023 National Charter Schools Conference by the National Alliance for Public Charter Schools is where the movement meets.
We are a diverse coalition of leaders—the educators, families, and advocates uniquely suited to address the current challenges in public education.
The National Liberty Museum is the culmination of the life’s work of Irvin Borowsky, a proud lifelong Philadelphian, distinguished publisher, art collector, and philanthropist.
Liberty comes to life at the National Liberty Museum, located in the heart of Philadelphia’s Old City, where past ideals empower the achievements of today, tomorrow, and beyond.
